This class is a 60 minute flab crushing, fat shredding, muscle toning workout incorporating bag work, calisthenics, and tabata type intervals to turn the metabolism up and keep it there to burn fat all day long. Techniques are taken from practical self-defense in boxing and kickboxing. A highly qualified instructor will lead you through this intense and fun body slimming workout. Prepare to burn up to 1,000 calories while working out on Title Boxing Gym equipment and other boxing and kickboxing equipment. Wear shoes or go barefoot, your choice!
